MASSAGE Appointment HOLD

A HOLD on a date and time slot is a courtesy given to potential new clients it is not a guarantee for service.

In the event that a potential client doesn’t follow-up with confirmation for service request and completing the appointment set-up they will lose their hold on the date and time slot requested.

We understand that people do not like to be obligated to any type contract that isn’t absolutely necessary to their life-style but massage is a self-care and self-preservation commitment that you’re initiating and we are here to help you achieve this goal effortlessly but please understand that LMT’s work in a feast or famine industry appointments can not be held indefinitely without confirmation or payment for booking. If your appointment is COD then please communicate that when scheduling and be ready to submit your payment for services rendered at the conclusion of your appointment.

Note, any COD appointment that is late, no-call/no-show by a potential client they will be billed a $25 inconvenience fee.

Repeated no-call/no-shows will black list you as a client to Mi Naturale, LLC.
